Please note that these terms and conditions govern the relationship between SLCARGOFLOW LLC and its clients. By engaging in business with SLCARGOFLOW, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Services:

• SLCARGOFLOW provides logistics and transportation services, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain management, among others.
• The specific services provided by SLCARGOFLOW will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract between SLCARGOFLOW and the client.

Obligations and Responsibilities:

• The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the goods, shipment details, and any relevant documentation required for the provision of services.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that all goods comply with applicable laws, regulations, and international trade requirements.
  SLCARGOFLOW is not liable for any delays, losses, damages, or penalties resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Pricing and Payment:

• The pricing for SLCARGOFLOW services will be mutually agreed upon and documented in the separate agreement or contract.
• Payment terms and methods will also be specified in the agreement. The client agrees to make payments in a timely manner as per the agreed terms.
• Any additional charges incurred during the provision of services, such as storage fees, customs duties, or other unforeseen expenses, will be the responsibility of the client.

Liability and Insurance:

• SLCARGOFLOW takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods. However, the client acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with logistics and transportation, and SLCARGOFLOW cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, delays, or other issues beyond its control.
• It is recommended that the client obtains appropriate insurance coverage to protect their goods during transit. SLCARGOFLOW can assist in arranging insurance upon request, subject to the client’s acceptance of the insurer’s terms and conditions.

Confidentiality:

• SLCARGOFLOW and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of business.
• Both parties shall take reasonable measures to protect such information from unauthorized disclosure or use, except as required by law.

Termination:

• Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice to the other party, subject to any contractual obligations or requirements.
• In the event of termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding payments due for services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SLCARGOFLOW is registered.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations.
